A Friendly Reminder to DeKalb County Residents:

From: Leta Hullinger, DeKalb County Recorder

From time-to-time property owners may receive a
mailer from an outside source offering homeowners
a copy of their deed for over $100.  Outrageous!!

When the need arises, you can always secure a copy of
your deed for only $1.00 per page at the Recorder’s office.
Our courteous and efficient staff are ready to assist you
with obtaining copies, or to help with questions you may
have regarding your real estate records.

We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Our number is (260) 925-2112.  Our office is located in the
DeKalb County Courthouse
100 S. Main Street, Auburn
